Royal Mail have officially announced on 6 February 2019 that they have scrapped plans to merge Holbeck Delivery Office and the Leeds City Delivery Office.

This is great news and a wonderful victory for our united community campaign.  Special thanks to the CWU and all the staff at the sorting office for their resolute determination, and to the many local residents who backed our campaign to keep the office open.  This shows what we can do when we put our minds to it.
